BYOB Policy

Our BYOB policy is in place to ensure a positive experience for all of our patrons, as well as to meet all City of Houston laws and ordinances. When an event is designated as being BYOB patrons are allowed to bring their own alcohol but must adhere to the following rules:

1. You must be 21 years or older and must provide valid photo ID upon request.
2. You can bring up to one six pack of beer/wine coolers/malt beverages or one 750ml bottle of wine per person or one 750ml bottle of liquor for two people.
3. All drinks must be checked in with bartender.
4. Open containers may not leave the building/patio, no drinking allowed in parking lot (no “tailgating”) or surrounding property.
5. No underage drinking.
6. Over-intoxicated patrons will be asked to leave by security or staff.
7. No (non-alcoholic) external drinks of any kind (water, soda, juice, mixers, etc) are allowed – these will be available for purchase.
8. Violators of this policy, along with abuse, theft, or unruly behavior, will be asked to leave the premises and may be banned from returning.
9. Be smart – don’t ruin it for everyone.
